Our shortcut recipe uses pre-made pizza crust to make a pizza sure to satisfy while enjoying the outdoors. Go with our recipe (A classic supreme pizza) or add your favorite toppings!
Ingredients
- 1 - 12inch Pre-cooked Pizza Crust (we like Boboli for this)
- 4oz Prepared Pizza Sauce
- 1 Cup Grated Mozzerella Cheese
- 3 oz Pepperoni Slices
- 3 oz Ham or Canadian Bacon, Diced small
- 3 oz Crumbled Sausage (Breakfast Sausage or Italian Sausage)
- 1/4 Medium White Onion, Diced Small
- 1/4 Medium Bell Pepper, Diced Small
- 2 oz Sliced White Mushrooms
- 2 oz Sliced Black Olives
Instructions
- Grease the bottom of your Dutch Oven or Line your Dutch Oven with Foil or Parchment paper for easy cleanup
- Add your Pre-made Pizza Crust to the bottom of your Dutch oven and spread Pizza Sauce evenly
- Sprinkle Mozzerella Cheese evenly throughout and add your toppings
- If using raw sausage, be sure to add this as your final topping to ensure it cooks though
- Close the lid of your Dutch Oven and add coals on top and bottom. Cook roughly 15-25 Minutes until cheese is melted.
- Carefully remove pizza onto cutting board and allow to cool before serving
